Athena Renee is a folk-soul artist writing songs about wisdom and self-discovery — India.Arie's groundedness with Lizzy McAlpine's intimacy and a guitar sensibility closer to John Mayer. Her debut single, 'Blast Off,' dropped October 2nd, the first of four singles building toward an EP in early 2027. It's music for people in the middle of becoming themselves. Warm, luminous, unhurried — the kind of song that feels like being told the truth by someone who loves you."

Athena's approach is an engaging and soulfully uplifting experience. Whether with a band or solo with her acoustic guitar, her love for entertainment oozes from her essence while performing.

Motivational singer and speaker, Athena Renee is also a soul singer from Atlanta Georgia. At an early age, Athena was the lead vocalist for the Georgia Mass Choir. Her songwriting credits range from Keith Sweat, MusiqSoulchild, Kenny Lattimore, Cyhi da Prynce, and more others. However, beyond her artistry, Athena is also passionate about sharing her knowledge in business, finance and accounting with emerging and independent artists. Boasting 15 years of music business experience, she aims to develop the next generation of leaders in the industry by bridging the gap between artists and corporations.
